Hope Roth brings 15+ years of AV expertise. She’s earned honors from the Q‑SYS Wizard to AVIXA’s Educator of the year. With degrees in computer science and history, she blends technical depth with big‑picture thinking. While she's not empowering developers or writing code, you might find her in the air as a Lyra performer.

Jason is a collaborative leader directing global companies to successfully plan, coordinate, and implement in-person, hybrid, and virtual performances, meetings, and events.  With a background in theatrical design and education he has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most respected artists and institutions while mentoring those developing their talents and entering the workforce.  With Freeman he has supported both the operations and producing side of the business focused on high-quality and impactful experiences for our clients and their audiences.

Jason (they/them) has spent the last 15+ years, working with integration firms guiding teams through multi-million-dollar projects from conception to execution. Jason’s work as a program and project manager and sales engineer includes multiple types of projects ranging from corporate, communication collaboration, experiential, broadcast, digital signage and large venue sound. They’re also a proud member of the AVIXA Diversity Council.

Frank Padikkala is an award-winning Technology Architect, Evangelist, Keynote Speaker and Social Media Influencer in the AV/IT space. With a background in IT/Cybersecurity, he advocates for the utilization of converged networks and technologies to create seamless user experiences. He places Innovation and Inclusion as his core values. 

Frank works at Zoom as a Snr. Technical Sales Architect - Zoom Spaces. He's previously worked at some of the leading tech innovators like Audinate, Panasonic and Diversified. Frank also served as the chair of the AVIXA Diversity Council until 2023. He is passionate about community building and creating opportunities to build Diversity and Equity in the AV industry. He’s won numerous awards for his industry efforts including AVNation’s 2022 AV Professional of the Year, Commercial Integrator’s 2022 Industry 40 under 40 list and Installation Magazine’s 2021 ProAV Influencer Watch List.

Ron Sklaver is the Global Lead for AV Services at Big 4 professional services firm EY, where he leads AV innovation for an estate of 14,000 rooms in 750 offices across 160 countries.  Prior to EY, he was a Transformation Program Manager for one of Europe's largest shipbuilders, a $4BLN US-based retailer and a FTSE 100 British food ingredient manufacturer.  Ron is a CTS and PMP and has presented on a variety of management topics at InfoComm and PMI Global Congresses.  He earned an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia University, and lives in Tampa, Florida, USA with his fabulously patient wife and one rather bemused cat.
